If you're a solo chiropractor who just needs scheduling, charting, and billing, start with Solo. If you want patients to book and complete forms online, go with Elevate. If you bill insurance, run a multi-provider practice, or want the custom form builder with e-signature bundled in, Ignite is the best value.
What's the difference between MyNEOHealth Essentials and Plus?
Essentials ($19/mo) gives your patients the secure portal — forms, supplement schedule, and visit history. Plus ($29/mo) adds our custom form builder: design your own intake forms with e-signature, save a reusable clinic header, and send forms straight to the patient's portal. Completed forms flow back into the patient record automatically. Essentials is included on Elevate; Plus is included on Ignite.
Can I try NEO before I buy?
When you sign up for a NEO account, you will receive the first month on us!
Can I switch bundles?
Yes. If you'd like to move to one of the new plans, simply make your selection in the My Subscriptions -> Subscription Details section of your clinic settings.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay annually and lock in a full year of savings! Review full details in our Terms of Use
What if I have more than 4 providers?
Each additional provider on Ignite and Elevate is $20/month. For clinics with 4+ providers, Ignite is our best value bundle.
I am moving from another EHR, can I take my patients with me?
Yes! We can transfer demographic data from your current system to ours. Medical records and accounting ledgers cannot be migrated from one system to another. We recommend exporting these from your current software and storing them in a HIPAA compliant cloud folder such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
I'm already a NEO customer. Does this affect me?
No. Existing customers keep their current pricing, there's nothing you need to do. If you'd like to move to one of the new plans, simply make your selection in the My Subscriptions -> Subscription Details section of your clinic settings.
